Many successful entrepreneurs learn how to price lower than their competition. In my experience, your idea #8 — “Spend as little as possible” — allows a company to stay competitive with prices and protect profit at the same time.

If a client has to choose between high-priced Vendor A with good customer service or low-priced Vendor B with equally good customer service, I think the odds favor Vendor B.
