I started my career as an extreme introvert and ended it in the middle, according to Myers-Briggs at management seminars.

As a “thinking introvert”, I found my niche and so did my bosses. I can offer two tips to my fellow introverts:

  1. Become a great listener. It’s what we introverts can do best. Leave the great talking to extroverts.
  2. Become a great writer. Effective writing in the long run makes us better talkers.
